Welcome back to the Iron Works Podcast! Today its just the two of us giving yall a little insight into our workouts, warm-ups and tools and resources we have used along the way. Fitness doesn't always have to come in your pre packaged gym membership format to be effective, there are tons of different flavors of activity out there for all of us to get our ass's off the couch and make a change in our health. No single person is the same in how they should approach their fitness but we want you to get out there and do something for your body that will hopefully improve your life somehow. Today we briefly discuss mobility and warm ups, some of the supplements we use and a few of the workouts we use to keep us on the Path.
