Welcome Back! It has been a while since we've had an addition so we thought we would keep it rolling with a talk with a good buddy of ours Dustin Noll. The format of this episode is meant to be a little different than a story or an interview, we wanted to have a real conversation about some of the things we go through on a daily basis dealing with leadership, both military and civilian. 

Dustins post military career has been in working with veterans, the VA and Educational institutions to assist vets as they pursue their post military degrees. He is also an extremely talented musician and has a degree in the field of audio technology.
